Kara came to Seattle about 15 years ago as an international student and fell in love with Seattle since then. After graduating from UW with an Economics major, she worked in different fields that required customer service skills, which allowed her to become a great communicator. Banking related work experience gave her the ability to not only help clients with real estate needs but also help clients understand the credit score and banking system in general. She prides herself in making sure people have the right information because it drives better results.

Kara is fully fluent in Mandarin and English; she is glad to help clients with their preferred language. She looks forward to helping clients with the next chapter of their lives, either buying, selling or investing in their dream home. Her goal as a Realtor is to ensure that the process of either selling or purchasing goes smoothly. Guiding her clients through every little step in the process to make sure they are confident and comfortable all throughout their home buying or selling journey.
