Kimberly is a second‑generation realtor with East Coast roots—born in Maine, shaped by a decade in Boston—and now raising her daughters, Luna and London, in the PNW. She opened her first boutique at 24, later stepping into a designer‑buyer role before real estate became her true path.

Since 2012, she’s been investing in flips, restorations, and land acquisitions, blending her love of design and architecture with helping people find a place that genuinely feels like home.

Outside of work, she’s happiest on the water, on a snowboard, or exploring the region with her family. She’s also a proud supporter of local organizations making meaningful impact throughout the community.
