About the Builders
Level Up Homes was founded in 2005 by a builder who had put down roots in West Seattle three years earlier. Since then, the company has built many new townhomes and single-family homes and remodeled several more across Seattle — most of them in West Seattle.
In 2018, the family behind Level Up Homes opened a coffee shop in West Seattle to build community, because a neighborhood is more than its houses.
